Sui-Kid-Do - Class Structure

3 classes weekly, minimum age is 7 years old

Classes are structured as follows:

Warm-up exercises and activities
Athletic-based exercises
Daily Focus
Closing game/activity
Daily trait talk

Daily Focus rotates through the month in the following manner:

1st week–Basic striking, blocking, kicking
2nd week–Katas
3rd week–Bunkai/Self Defense
4th week–Sparring/Sets/Ippons
